Dear Patients of Collier Family Medical:
We would like to start by saying that we greatly value each and every one of you and we are grateful that you’ve chosen us to care for you and your families.
It’s been nearly 2-years since Amanda took a leap of faith to start this practice with a mission to truly deliver genuine care to patients in a very high quality and affordable way.
We have done everything possible to control our costs and have never changed our membership fees for our existing members but at this point with costs continuing to rise we will need to implement a modest increase.
Effective 10/1/2023 for all patients of our practice, our membership pricing will be changing to $90/month for adults, $170/month for couples and $30/month for kids under the age of 26.
What does this mean for benefits included in the membership? You get more! We tried tiered plans. It didn’t work. So, with this increase it allows for everyone to have unlimited office visits, same day next day appointments, 7 of the top prescribed medications for free, free routine lab work once a year, more point of care testing for free, and after-hours care for everyone. If you want the 300+medications for free it is $30 extra to equal $120 per month per person.
Again, I am so grateful for you all and appreciate each one of you. I am doing what God called me to do and it has been wonderful. Please understand this office is not possible without you and I am going to continue to fight for quality over quantity and this is why the need for a price increase was unavoidable.
